There are several options to get you back into Digital AirWare:

  1. Password Reset Page – You can enter your email address that you registered with and a new password will be sent to you immediately.
  2. Contact your supervisor – Any supervisor for your service can reset your password by going to
    1. User Options ->
    2. Profiles ->
    3. Search -> [Enter Your Name] ->
    4. Permissions & Access ->
    5. Reset User’s Password.
  3. Contact Digital AirWare [support@digitalairware.com] – We can send you a new password Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST if we receive an email from the email address that is registered in the system.
