Dynamic Component Exchange, Repair & Overhaul
Atlantic Coast Components, LLC (ACC), based in Palm Coast, Florida, provides Airbus AS350, AS355, and EC130 operators with reliable dynamic component exchange, repair, and overhaul services. Through its partnership with Digital AirWare, ACC combines an extensive inventory of ready-to-fly rental and exchange components with DAW’s real-time forecasting capabilities to help operators reduce downtime and improve maintenance planning.
ACC specializes in gearbox overhaul and management, offering access to expertly maintained components including main rotor shafts, bevel gearboxes, epicyclic gearboxes, tail rotor gearboxes, servos, and starters. All overhaul work is performed through Airbus, FAA, and EASA-approved facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient turnaround times—even when OEM parts face backorders.
Authorized Rotor Blade Repair & Manufacturing Support
Digital AirWare is one of only two authorized distributors for DSX and rotor blade repair services through Rotorcraft Repair & Manufacturing.
Rotorcraft Repair & Manufacturing LLC is an FAA-certified repair station specializing in inspection, restoration, modification, and overhaul of helicopter main and tail rotor blades.
