To help us protect your information, the Digital Airware Website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your information, name and all information inputted to our servers so that only Digital Airware is able to decode your information. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions and we will use this technology, or other commercially acceptable technology, to help us secure your personal information. To determine if SSL is active, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window or for Internet Explorer 7.0 look next lock next to the address bar. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active. If you are concerned about the protection of your personal information, you must ensure that SSL is active each time you visit the Website. However, keep in mind that some versions of browsers and some firewalls (local network security) don’t permit communication even though the server is secure. If that is the case with your system, and you decide to continue using this Website, you understand that you are proceeding without your personal information being secure at your own risk and you agree to be responsible for such. Please be aware that your participation is an important component of the security program and you need to make an ongoing effort to protect the security of your computer with: current security updates; firewalls; anti-virus and anti-spyware software; keeping alert for “malware”; recognizing and fighting fraud and “phishing”; changing passwords periodically etc.
Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law or wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or other legal process. We may also disclose personal information to enforce our policies, to protect Digital Airware business and systems, respond to claims that a listing or other information violates the rights or others, or to protect anyone’s right, property or safety. Digital Airware may report any activity and related personal information that it suspects violates any law or regulations to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.
