Introduction

At Digital Airware our most important asset is our relationship with you, and we are committed to honoring your privacy and ensuring your security. Digital Airware wants to ensure that you understand what information we gather about you, how we use it, and the safeguards we have in place in order to protect it. This Policy is effective on January 01, 2011 for current users, and upon acceptance for new users.

We collect personally identifiable information during your use of the Digital Airware Website, such as when you register for an account or engage in other activity on the Website, or when you submit personal information to us. 5. Mailings

The information you supply when registering for an account is added to our customer database. You may receive periodic mailings from us about products and services, discounts, special promotions or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive such mailings from us, you may opt-out of such mailings as described below. Opting Out of Information Sharing Our users are given the opportunity to “opt-out” of having their information used for purposes not directly related to the Website at the point where we ask for information. 6. Security Statement

To help us protect your information, the Digital Airware Website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your information, name and all information inputted to our servers so that only Digital Airware is able to decode your information. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions and we will use this technology, or other commercially acceptable technology, to help us secure your personal information. To determine if SSL is active, look at the bottom status bar of your browser window or for Internet Explorer 7.0 look next lock next to the address bar. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser) the SSL is active. If you are concerned about the protection of your personal information, you must ensure that SSL is active each time you visit the Website. However, keep in mind that some versions of browsers and some firewalls (local network security) don’t permit communication even though the server is secure. If that is the case with your system, and you decide to continue using this Website, you understand that you are proceeding without your personal information being secure at your own risk and you agree to be responsible for such. Notwithstanding our efforts to secure your information, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access your information, and other Website users may abuse or misuse information made available to them. We may also disclose personal information to enforce our policies, to protect Digital Airware business and systems, respond to claims that a listing or other information violates the rights or others, or to protect anyone’s right, property or safety. Digital Airware may report any activity and related personal information that it suspects violates any law or regulations to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.

8. User ID and Passwords

Your user ID may be displayed in public throughout the Website. You activities on the Website are traceable to your user ID, such as viewing your account, pilot currency, entries and Digital Airware. Therefore you understand that if you reveal any personal information in connection with your use ID, you may be personally identifiable through no fault of our own. You agree to maintain your password in confidence. You are responsible for all actions in connection with your password. If you lose the confidentiality of your password, you understand that your personal information may be revealed through no fault of our own. If your password had been compromised you must immediately change your password and notify Digital Airware.

9. The Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that websites often store on your computer’s hard drive when you visit their websites. A cookie may contain information (such as a unique user ID) that is used to track the pages of the websites you’ve visited. We use cookies in order to improve your Digital Airware experience. If you have saved your information with us, your cookie allows us to recognize you when you return to the Website and provides you with access to your account information. If you have not saved your information with or created an account with Digital Airware, we may monitor and maintain information about your use of the Website in a manner that does not identify you. In either case, this information helps us serve you better by improving the Website design, as well as our products, services and promotions. 11. Log Files

Like most standard website servers we use log files. They include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the website, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Digital Airware restricts its employees from access to personally identifiable information about you, except to those individuals who need to know that information to conduct our business. In addition, we use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of personally identifiable information.

13. Additional Information

This Privacy Policy replaces all previous disclosures we may have provided you about our information practices. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, and to apply any changes to information previously collected, as permitted by law. If our information practices change in the future, we will notify you by posting the policy changes on the Website. This Privacy Policy is incorporated in and made a part of the Terms and Conditions.
